Shipment

We usually ship all paid orders within one business day. Parcels to Germany and other EU countries are shipped via DHL Paket, while orders to Austria are shipped from our location in Salzburg using the Austrian Post. Shipments to Liechtenstein, Switzerland, Norway, and the UK are sent via UPS Standard, and worldwide deliveries outside of Europe are handled by UPS Express Saver. The average delivery time is typically around one week.

Within the EU, we generally ship with DHL (except for Austria, where we use Austrian Post). For all other countries, we rely on UPS. This ensures that your order arrives quickly and reliably.
