The JConcepts steering kit for the RC10B7 | RC10B7D allows the driver to adjust the height of the ball head directly in the Ackermann plate instead of adjusting the entire steering lever. This saves time and significantly reduces assembly work. The Ackermann plate is equipped with a steel insert that can be used in an upper or lower position to reproduce the standard Bellcrank setting. The aluminium, titanium and steel components form a robust package that can be adjusted quickly and precisely.

In addition, the system offers a new mounting point for the steering arm. This can be moved to a position that offers more mechanical support and strength. A ball head and a pan-head screw make it possible to position this new point directly above the Ackermann plate. To utilise this position, some material needs to be removed from the top deck and a 0 offset servo arm (not included) is required to position the ball head further back.

The kit also retains the standard position that can be mounted with the original hardware. The bearings and steering shaft bushes included in the AE kit are required for installation. Once installed, the JConcepts steering system allows for quick customisation with new tuning options.

The CNC-machined handlebars and bellcranks are made of anodised aluminium and are available in high-gloss blue or stealth black with laser engraving and bevelled edges. The titanium spacers supplied are easy to fit and ensure smooth movement of the bellcranks. Steel inserts for the Ackermann plate ensure secure mounting with standard kit components. 3 mm hardware, ball heads and lock nuts complete this powerful combination.
